Leaders By Example (LBE) is a group that is focused on motivating and encouraging you during your weight loss process. Weight does not lose itself and we all need a push every once in awhile. We provide personal consultations, daily text messages to motivate you during your journey, and one-on-one help every step of the way. LBE has a very passionate and trained staff that is dedicated to helping you to reach your weight loss goals.
LBE is based on the belief that weight doesn't lose itself. We are not in the business of losing the weight for you, we are here to encourage and motivate as you set out to accomplish your personal goals. Losing weight is a process that takes determination, hard work, and perseverance. Our entire team is committed to helping you reach your goals, one pound at a time.
